・写真文化会について
東京大学写真文化会（写文）は昭和20年度に設立された、70年以上の歴史を持つ伝統のあるサークルです。本郷キャンパスと駒場キャンパスの両方に暗室(部室)を持ち、現像用品や引き伸ばし機、プリンタ等の機材も充実しており、大学の写真部としては非常に恵まれた環境にあります。
我々はいわゆる写真技術の向上のみを目的とする写真部ではありません。写真文化会は、貴方のやる気次第で写真に関することなら何でもやることができる、可能性のあるサークルです。銀塩写真からHDR画像、へたうま写真から技巧的なファインプリントまで何でもありです。個性豊かな会員達の様々な写真に触れることでインスピレーションを得ることができると思います。ただし、写真のテーマやスタイルは与えられるものではありません。自分の力で切り開いてみて下さい。
・活動内容
五月祭写真展、駒場祭写真展、東京六大学写真展等の写真展
夏合宿・春合宿、撮影会、中古カメラ屋ツアー、プリント講習会、フィルム現像講習会
飲み会、花火、お茶会 etc.
・部費
五月祭、駒場祭の際に、機材・消耗品の買い替えや写真展開催などの為に5,000円程度を徴収します。
入部費はありません。

・About UTPiCS
UTokyo Photographic Culture Society (UTPiCS or "写文(shabun)"), founded in 1945, is a long-established club which has a history of over 70 years. We have darkrooms (club rooms) both in Hongo campus and in Komaba I campus, and there are substantial equipments such as developing supplies, enlargers, or ink-jet printers, so we are in a rich environment though we are an university students' photo club.
Our aims are not only improvement of our photographic skill but also to reconsider our surroundings and to express it through taking photos. In UTPiCS, with your motivation, you can do everything about photography. Outmoded silver-halide photos, newest HDR pictures, poorly made but captivating snaps, and sophisticated perfect prints are all welcome. You will be able to get some inspirations from a variety of photos taken by unique members of UTPiCS. However, subjects and styles won't be given. You may find them out through taking your own photos.
・Activities
Photo exhibitions (Photo exhibition at Gogatsu-fes, Photo exhibition at Komaba-fes, Six universities union photo exhibition, etc.)
Summer lodging, Photo session, Used camera store tour, Print workshop, Film development workshop
Drinking party, Drive, Fireworks, Tea party(meeting), etc.
・Club dues
At the time of Gogatsu-fes and Komaba-fes, we collect about \5,000 to buy equipments and expendables, to hold photo exhibitions, etc.
There is no club due follows joining the club.

Only who belongs to the University of Tokyo can join us, but there are no limitations on grades, departments, and photographic skills.
Who has no camera, 2nd grades and up student, graduate student, overseas student, and who studies at Kashiwa campus are all welcome.
